As per any printed garments, we advise the following to ensure your product lasts a long time.

  • Any printed garment should be washed in a cold wash and garment should be inside out.
  • We do not recommend using fabric softener when washing our garments.
  • We do not recommend tumble drying as the heat can cause damage to the prints.

In the event of the above guidelines not being adhered to, we will not issue refunds for damaged prints

Shipping information

We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of order completion.

All items are couriered – please provide physical shipping addresses as we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

International shipping is currently only FedEx due to efficiencies in delivering.

All orders will be tracked and we will provide tracking details through your account or via email

International orders may be subject to taxes or duties at the border from the country you are purchasing from.  These costs are at the buyers expense.  The majority of countries have a limit where goods up to a certain value can enter tax free.  Most of the time orders will be below this limit but this is buyers responsibility to check the limits of the country they are purchasing from.  Please check your countries limits and policies on this before you buy, if you have any concerns.

As of 29th August, USA are introducing taxes at the border for ALL items regardless of value.  From our understanding (and the situation is fluid as of August 2025), rates will be charged based on country of manufacture, not the country from which is shipped.  As information is provided, we will update listings of those that may incur different rates to our standard NZ printed products.  

Update September 2025 on USA orders – All China manufactured products will trigger a higher shipping cost to cover the 30% tariff on these products. It is set as a flat rate of $15 additional on top of our current flat rate for NZ based products.  We have the right to change these terms as information becomes available.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We are able to accept all major credit cards.  We also accept Afterpay.  

What Happens If There Is A Pricing Error?

We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen.

If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order if requested. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded.

What Do You Do With My Information

We use your info to fulfil your order accurately and quickly and to improve your shopping experience. We respect your privacy and never share this information with anyone, except in connection with your order. If you want to know more, take a look at our Privacy Policy.

Orders and returns

How do I place an Order?

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Add to Cart’.

Once you have finished adding to your cart, you can click on the cart icon in the top right corner, where you can fill in your details for delivery and payment.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Go to Your Orders. Click Cancel Items. Note: Select the checkbox next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you want to cancel the entire order, select all of the items. Click Cancel checked items when finished.

Who Should I Contact If I Have Any Queries?

Refund and Returns Policy

In the unlikely circumstance that you receive a faulty good, we will make sure that these are addressed and refunded.  These unlikely events, will be assessed, preferably with the return of goods to us, or for international orders we would accept photos.

We will not refund for a change of mind or incorrect size ordering.  In the event of an incorrect size being ordered, it will be at the discretion of management and all items if accepted must be in new condition.  We advise you to check the sizing in the descriptions when ordering to avoid any issues.

Products will not be deemed faulty if care instructions have not been adhered to or images/returns can’t be provided.
